not quite the right fit

Return Policy:

Please report your returnwithin14 days after receipt by sending an email to info@petitparfums.nl
Indicate in your email the order number and which products it concerns. Also let us know clearly whether you want to exchange a perfume (same value in euros) or want a refund (perfume costs minus shipping costs and 20% restocking fee).
Products/packaging must be unopened and in their original condition. Have you opened the products/packaging? Unfortunately we cannot accept your return. You can include photos in the email that clearly show that your product is unopened.
Return costs and liability are at your own expense. So keep your return receipt safe until we have processed the return.

Return receipt and any refunds

When we have received your return shipment, we will notify you by email. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the return.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for refunds. This means that the cost of a perfume minus 20% will be refunded. If you had to pay shipping costs for your order, these costs will not be refunded.
